Interactive Destination Map - For Convention Bureaus
• Submit map artwork as a JPG file 800-1100 pixels wide; no maximum height
• Your map should have circles or squares that contain numbers or letters which correspond to a legend
• Your map should not list the name of the facility on the map beside its corresponding circle or square, as our webmaster will create a "mouse-over" feature for this purpose.

e-Blast
• Materials are required 10 business days prior to send date to muzette@cplanit.com. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for change requests made less than 72 hours prior.
• HTML code and images are required in accordance with the guidelines outlined below. If the code is not provided or if the guidelines are not met, custom design work may be required at the client's expense.

Items Required if not using Turnkey Design Services: (please provide all elements in ONE email)
• The Subject Line for the campaign
• The From Line for the campaign (name of hotel or bureau, not an email address)
• Text block at bottom of ad: LEARN MORE - links to landing page for consent to follow up

And one of the following:

1. Exact layout of message in a word or PPT document with embedded images that follow basic Web rules. Images may be sent individually but must be included in the layout and all elements sent in one email. Fonts are dictated by the publisher.

2. The Message HTML with full image paths embedded (see below) – must be hosted and text version of the message in .doc format HTML Message Guidelines:
• Please provide content formatted ONLY as coded HTML with images embedded in the coding. Do not send images separately.
• Images should be coded with full, direct paths (full URLs instead of URL extensions)and must be hosted on your server
• The structure of the coding should be done using tables
• Styling should be inline
• Message should not exceed 600 pixels in width. There are no height restrictions.
• All graphics should follow basic Web rules and use only Web-friendly fonts (i.e. Arial, Times New Roman, Courier, Veranda, Helvetica, etc.)

Not Permitted:
• Do not use background images. They will not display in the email correctly.
• Do not use CSS (no < style > tag)
• Do not use nested tables (no div)
• Avoid complex HTML; the simpler the code, the more likely it will render correctly


Additional Tips:
• Successful campaigns include a clear call to action
• The smaller and more optimized your graphics are, the faster they will appear in your message
• Use a good text to image ratio
• Include anchors for longer messages
