ASAE Names the 2018-2020 DELP Class

WASHINGTON- ASAE has chosen the 12 scholars for the 2018–2020 Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) class. DELP is a two-year program that supports individuals from under-represented identity groups to advance into the ranks of leadership in the association management profession. DELP scholars participate in an accelerated leadership program of education, mentoring, and volunteer service in the association community.

“Congratulations to the new class! Over the past 18 years, the DELP program has provided association professionals an opportunity to enrich their knowledge and leadership skills. It has also shaped many talented association executives, and this class will extend that legacy,” said ASAE President and CEO John H. Graham IV, FASAE, CAE.

DELP is exclusively sponsored by the Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau (DMCVB).

Graham added, “The Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau has supported and advocated this effort with ASAE since its inception. DELP has advanced more than 180 diverse + inclusive leaders throughout the association industry.”
