Booking Tee Times: If you have paid and signed your waiver you should be able to book online. Please go to www.conventionplanit.com/time-fore-nine.php and follow the prompts. Or feel free to call the pro shop at Hilltop to book your tee times. They are more than happy to assist you.

We also have simplified the pass word system. Your ID will be the first letter of your first name and your last name. The password is time49 NOT t49 as previously stated. If you do forget, call the pro-shop at 703.719.6504. They will have your name listed and they can help you.

Membership Cards: If cards were not picked up they were mailed to each paid member on Saturday, May 15th.

Social Event Information: All events are sponsored at this point except the year end gifts and/or raffle prizes. Several of you have also asked about trying to see who else is playing. We have an arrangement set up for the social events but we are still working on a system for the rest of the weeks. Each event is assigned a social committee champion to work on details with and to be the course liaison - PLEASE have your Champion be your contact for the course as they have been getting inundated with calls from a lot of different people.

• Time for a Cure: June 30, 2010 (Marriott) - Normal play for current members, but an event to raise additional money for the "Rally" to fight breast cancer.
