Our dedicated Conference Center spans two floors and features easy-to-access meeting rooms from all guest room elevators, a 5,075-square-foot oceanfront ballroom and 16 luxurious, fully equipped meeting rooms, many with Atlantic Ocean or beautiful bay views from floor-to-ceiling windows.

LEVEL ONE | UPPER LOBBY
The Upper Lobby features two spaces for smaller meetings and one office. The Aventura Room accommodates up to 50 guests, banquet-style and has an adjoining office space called Aventura Alcove The neighboring Gulfstream Room measures 665 square feet and is ideal for up to 40 guests.
< LEVEL THREE | BALLROOM LEVEL
Ocean Ballroom
The Ocean Ballroom has 5,075-square feet of state of the art function space with natural light and stunning ocean views. The Ocean Ballroom boasts 17.6-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with built in black out curtains and the ability to accommodate up to 220 attendees. This flexible meeting room can also be divided into three sections accommodating 80-110 attendees.

Bay Ballroom
The Bay Ballroom totals 5,160 square feet can accommodate up to 220 attendees. This space is divisible into 3 sections and has natural light.

Ocean Office
Located adjacent to Ocean Ballroom and with natural light.

LEVEL FOUR | BREAK OUT LEVEL
With views of Intracoastal Waterway, this level offers five function rooms ideal for corporate meetings and break-out sessions ranging from 10 – 80 attendees. The Sunny Isles Room and Grove Room are divisible into two sections of 910 square feet. The 1,790-square-foot Key Biscayne Room accommodates up to 80 guests, banquet-style.

OUTDOOR EVENT VENUES | POOL/BEACH LEVEL
With five beautiful areas on the beach and around our tropically landscaped pool terraces, Trump International Beach Resort Miami offers perfect locations for breezy outdoor dining and team-building events.

Gili’s Beach Club - Located directly on the beach, this is the ideal place for a memorable welcome reception. This venue can accommodate 220 in banquet rounds and has a built in bar and covered dining area.

Lawn - Located on the lower pool deck, this venue has natural grass and the ability to accommodate 180 in banquet style.

Lower Pool Deck - Views of the Atlantic Ocean and capacity for 150 reception style.

Neomi’s Terrace - Covered terrace area with capacity for 60 rounds.
