Tullibee pays tribute to the strong Scandinavian roots with a menu influenced by rural Nordic practices of foraging, butchery, and fermentation techniques and heavily driven by seasonality. Take in the Minneapolis skyline from a Rooftop oasis 6 floors above Washington Avenue. The Rooftop and sauna were inspired by the Nordic sauna tradition with a modern twist.
