Facility Description: MGM Resorts International and Sydell Group have partnered to redefine Las Vegas hospitality with two new distinct hotel experiences: Park MGM, a new luxury resort and Sydell's widely acclaimed NoMad Hotel. Opening Spring of 2018, Park MGM will be a natural gathering point with direct access to the city's premier entertainment neighborhood featuring T-Mobile® Arena, The Park and Park Theater.
Meeting Facilities - Park MGM will have approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and pre-function space, allowing for innovative curation of non-traditional meetings and events. The resort will introduce new meeting and interactive work spaces that have yet to be seen in Las Vegas. Opening in December 2016, a 5,300-seat theater will offer state-of-the-art technology for general sessions and the functionality to accommodate up to 1,100 guests banquet-style.
Accommodations - The design of Park MGM, an approximately 2,700-room luxury resort, will incorporate European design influences while retaining a powerful connection to The Park just next door. Clean lines will define the architecture of each space, combined with classically inspired European furnishings and a robust art program, which is core to both companies' design philosophies.
Dining & Recreation - Park MGM will feature eight innovative food and beverage experiences unique to Las Vegas, including the award-winning NoMad restaurant by Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara, and Eataly's vibrant Italian marketplace with cafés, to-go counters and full-service restaurants. Three distinct pool areas will provide a tranquil setting for cooling off after a productive day of meetings.
Access - About three miles from McCarran International Airport (LAS) and the Las Vegas Convention Center, Park MGM will be centrally located on The Las Vegas Strip, directly next to T-Mobile® Arena.
